When you set up a subscription with Buckley, you’re committing to feeding your dog the best. We think you should be rewarded for that. Save 10% on every recurring order and receive consistent, worry-free delivery to your door. Don’t risk running out of dog food. Subscribe today and we’ll take care of the rest.
Save money on the dog food, treats and supplements you purchase regularly. Our subscription service is intended to provide a customizable and convenient plan that ships your Buckley products automatically on an interval that works for you. You can easily alter your subscription by adding one-time or recurring items, skipping a shipment, and updating your account information.

It depends! We offer several sizes and subscription intervals to best fit your needs. Subscriptions can be created on a 4-week, 6-week or 8-week schedule. Use the table below to determine what size bag of Liberty Fresh works best for you:

Your products will ship within 24 hours from when your order is processed. You will receive an email when your order is processed and an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped.

You can alter your subscription interval, skip an order, add a recurring or one-time item and make subscription changes through your account page. Please note that changes need to be made 3 days prior to your order processing date.

You can add items to your subscription through your account page. You can also check the box “Add to an existing subscription?” on each product page as you are adding the item to your cart.

You can change your delivery address through your account page.

  • To change the ship date for your order, go to your account dashboard.
  • Click the Subscriptions tab.
  • Click the View / Edit button next to your subscription.
  • You can change your next order date at any time via the Change Next Shipping Date menu within your subscription details.
  • To increase the quantities in your order, go to your account dashboard.
  • Click the Subscriptions tab.
  • Click the View / Edit button next to your subscription.
  • Click the Skip Next Order button in the Actions menu.
  • Your next renewal will be skipped.
  • Your next order date will be reflected in your subscription details.
  • You can change your next order date at any time via the Change Next Shipping Date menu within your subscription details.

Yes, you will receive an email before your renewal order is placed.

Not receiving our emails? Try checking your spam folder.

If your renewal payment method fails, you will receive an email notification and we will attempt to retry your payment method again automatically. Your email notification details when we will attempt to retry the charge. If you do not wish to wait you can click the pay now link in the email to manually renew your subscription. You can also manually renew your subscription within your account dashboard.
